Foil brands publish sizes in incompatible units — span in millimetres at Axis and Sabfoil, square inches at Lift and Unifoil, area in cm² under an unstated measurement basis almost everywhere else. The consequence is that nobody can see when two brands are selling the same wing on paper. Converted to common units, the overlap is startling.
The most-duplicated planform in the dataset
Below is the wing with more cross-brand equivalents than any other of the 1,003 on this site whose figures come from its manufacturer's own pages: every current wing from another brand within ±5% of its area and ±8% of its aspect ratio. This is the same table, built by the same rule, that appears on the KT Foiling Nomad 830's own page — and on every wing page on this site.
One wing has a longer list, and it is not this one: a Slingshot whose figures this site currently holds from a retailer rather than from Slingshot. That row stays in the dataset and stays counted, but it is not what an article should be built on — the difference is the whole subject of the method page.
Cross-brand equivalents
Projected and flat area run 3–8% apart. A marked area is one whose brand does not state which it publishes, so a match inside the area tolerance may be comparing unlike figures.

What this table cannot settle
Everything above is a manufacturer's published claim converted to common units. Four things the specifications do not carry:
Measurement basis. 771 of 1,003 rows do not state whether their area is projected or flat — a routine 3–8% difference, wider than the area tolerance itself. That is what the marked cells mean.
Planform. Two wings with identical area and aspect ratio can carry different sweep, taper and tip shape, and turn nothing alike.
Foil section. The profile — thickness, camber, how it stalls — is published by almost nobody, and it is most of how a wing feels at the top and bottom of its speed range.
Layup. The same mould in a stiffer laminate is a different wing in gusts. Some brands sell exactly that as separate products; the map collapses them as variants.
So the table answers the question the internet cannot — which wings are candidates — and stops where specifications stop. The rest is a demo, not a spreadsheet.
